Food: Two Wolves Kitchen open at Brighton station

The brilliant Two Wolves Kitchen have opened up in a mobile unit outside Brighton mainline station.

The legendary vegan chefs have developed a brand new deli-style menu for the new venture including a club sandwich packed full of facon, seitan furkey, tofam and chipotle rarebit.

Frankly, we can’t wait to wrap our face round that on a hungover train up to London, we will never have to settle for a shonky Upper Crust ever again.

Other choice cuts from the Two Wolves menu include: A vegan Po’Boy sandwich with chilli and garlic shrimp, and banana blossom rillettes; The Smokehouse Shroom Stack with marinated banana blossom, jackfruit and “steak” alongside a variety of seared mushrooms; and a whole mess of very exciting sounding fries.
