Brighton gig guide 23 – 29 May

Your guide to live music in Brighton this week

The dust has settled on The Great Escape weekend, the horrible end of Fringe is drawing into focus, but there is still a whole mess of merriment to be had in this city by the sea.

In gig news this week, we have Fringe comedy as far as the eye can see, flamenco hitting The Brunswick, a Res-erection Sunday at Komedia, and a beautiful showcase of the best of Brighton talent at Hope and Ruin on Wednesday.

The party doesn’t stop just because the London A&Rs have gone.
